Go to Alexa.com and get your website information which you want to write review

Click on the write a review button.

Now you got the alexa account page. Here you want to register a new alexa account. Click the Register for an account

You go to new page. Here you can enter your email address and nick name. Then click register.

Then you show the welcome message and finished your registration.

Now login your email and complete your registration. When you click the link on gmail, new alexa page will open and it ask password for your alexa account. Here enter the password and submit.
